Side-By-Side Box Filling System An operator places the empty boxes onto the TEC Ultraline belt conveyor and starts the system. The conveyor forwards the queue of boxes until the first box reaches the filling location. A photo-eye signals the parts-feed device (can be another conveyor, a chute or a robot) to commence filling. Once the box is filled, a signal is sent to the parts-feed device to stop filling. A pneumatic arm engages and retracts shifting the filled box onto the gravity roller conveyor. The belt conveyor starts until the next empty box reaches the filling location. The box filling sequence continues until there are no more boxes left in the empty box queue. At this time, an audible alarm will engage. Customer Requirements: 1. Supply the box/tote size 2. Number of boxes/totes to be filled 3. Specify if filled by cycle count or weight 4.
